Q - How do i make an order?

A - Browse through our online shop and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. You then select the size/colour and add the item(s) to your shopping basket. To complete your order go to your cart (top right link on the site) where you can proceed to checkout.

Q - Why cant i select my size or colour?

A - Our website automatically disables items and sizes that are out of stock, so if the item or size you require is crossed out, we're currently out of stock. On the item page, click the wishlist link to be notified when we have the product in the size/colour you require back in stock.

Q - Is it safe to order online?

A - Yes it is, all orders are 100% secure. Our shop is hosted by Shopify, who handle all payments. Therefore we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure. Further details can be found here.

Q - How do i pay for my items?

All orders have to be placed online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

Q - Do I need to create an account to shop?

A - No it's not a requirement, you can use our express check out and not create an account, but creating an account will make it easier for you if you buy from us again.

Q - I have just placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?

A - We aim to process your order as quickly as possible which means there may be times when we are unable to change any of the details you have given us. This may include order cancellations, delivery address amendments or changing any items in your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to see what we are able to do.

Q - I haven’t received a confirmation email?

A - You should always receive a confirmation email once your order has completed, followed by a dispatch email once the order has left us. If you do not receive these emails, firstly check your spam folder and secondly check your account information to ensure the correct email address has been supplied.

Q - How soon will you reply to my email/contact message?

A - We aim to reply to all messages within 48hrs, but usually much quicker! Weekends and bank holidays can cause slight delay.

Q - How do I return an item? 

A - If you require to send back an item you have ordered, please return it requesting an exchange or refund. Full instructions are on the returns page.

Q - How do I know what size shirt to order?

A - Take a look at our size guide

Q - How should I care for my shirts?

A - There is a care label on all our shirts. Warm wash only and do not tumble dry. Do not iron the print and above all be nice.

Q - Can you tell me more about your T-Shirts?

A - We sure can. All our T-Shirts are 100% combed cotton. Our Tees are sourced from companies that are members of the Fair Wear Foundation, an independent, non-profit organization striving to improve working conditions in the textile industry. They have also been tested and certified under OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class (Confidence in Textiles - Tested for harmful substances).
